Messi



Lionel Messi is an amazing soccer player. He has scored a total of almost 1,200 goals! He has also gave 734 assists (which is when you pass it to your teammate and your teammate scores), and he has played in 2,203 games!
 Lionel Messi is a very inspiring person and a very good role model because he is very humble, even though he is good, he doesn’t brag. Lionel Messi grew up in Rosario, Argentina. He was short for his age because he had growth symptoms that stopped him from growing and his family couldn’t afford any medicine to stop it. That's when  FC Barcelona comes in. FCB offered to Messi's family the money needed to buy the medicine, They took it because it was the only offer given. After his family took it, he knew he had to go.
 Afterwards, Messi went to Barcelona and started his soccer career. Every goal Messi scores, he celebrates by tapping his chest and pointing both pointer fingers to the sky. Messi revealed that he does that in honor of his grandmother who died right before he got famous.   "I am doing this because I dedicate my goals to my grandmother. She took to me to football but now she can't see how far I have come. Nevertheless, she continues to help me and my family," 
This is what he said about it a couple years ago, he has gotten a lot better since when he first joined Barcelona at 13 years old. Do you think he is the best soccer player in the world?

MAD DAD (This is from the perspective of the Dad after The Grand Theft) I was in my house looking for Terry and Mary, They had left again! I searched everywhere in the neighborhood and was about to go again when I heard someone knock on the door. I opened the door and it was Terry and Mary!
